Out to estimate replacement of existing attic fan. Client wants solar powered roof mounted attic exhaust fan. Replace existing roof mounted attic fan with QuietCool Solar Attic Fan. Model#: AFR SLR-30W. 30 Watt attic fan with built-in thermostat that kicks on when temp reaches 88*F and turns off when temp meets 77*F. No wall switch. No wiring. 3-4 hours to install.

We perform some work for customer before it was a leaking angle stop today we replaced and ran a full system test customers happy and satisfied with work i performed thereâ€™s no longer a leak and he has a new angle stop.
Out to give estimates on system replacement
technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of problem with toilet fill valve. when technician arrived he learned that problem was not what toilet but with the angle stop supplying the toilet. technician found line to be 1/2-in copper with a compression multi-turn angle stop. technician found the angle stop as well as the supply line to be quite old and worn. technician inspected around home and found other angle stops that were worn as well. technician will provide client with options on how to move forward. this proposal is to repair angle stopping clients master bathroom. technical shut off water to home and uninstall existing angle stop. technician will clean copper stub out and install new quarter turn compression angle stop. technician will test to ensure proper operation with no leaks. technician will clean work area of all trash and debris. technican will collect signatures and payment.technician successfully performed replacement install of angle stop. technic
Customer has a tanked water heater that looks at least 10+ years old and he wants a couple of estimates to replace the unit. Provided the customer with a couple of estimates and he will contact us when he decides what he wants to do.
Will send out senior tech for Diagnostic. Unit is less than a year old. Refrigerant pressures are same on both sides and compressor is making loud noise. Ticking in closet aswell where furnace is located.Scheduled for 8-10am tomorrow
Perform plumbing inspection today there was no red flags that I can see but I did recommend that he changes his gate valve to the shut off on the Watermain. We also did a water quality check and we discovered he has very hard water this is probably why he needs to flush his tankless so often so we went over a few options to change the quality of his water. Customer was interested in halo five so we sent him an estimate for a full home filtration system. Customer is a member of ours for four years so we gave him a great discount on the whole house filtration system. You can see more details of halo5 in estimate. Performed annual ac maintenance. Split amana system attic side yard. Tested system... system operational at this time. Drain pan clear. In attic ducts are in really bad shape. Falling apart, outer barrier is gone in most places. See pictures. Variable speed blower motor ok. Attic hatch is cracked. Outside condenser unit dual capacitor firstname.lastname@example.org out of manufactures recommended range. Recommend replacement of part. Contactor ok. Electrical ok no burnt or loose wire connections. Gave unit a water bath. Refrigerant pressures . Washed filters. If airflow is noticeably different in a room due to shape of ducts might mean duct failure. Keep an eye on it. House cooled down 4 degrees while testing today.Replacement of dual capacitor and tested system.
Out for estimates on hvac system replacement, tankless water heater install, running extra gas line to kitchen, full house repipe. Is with the addition, if design change or layouts change, so will the price. Price is good for 30 days. Once gets new plans we can adjust out price from there.Payment Terms are negotiable, Our payment schedule is usually 10% down payment, 40% progress payment mid way thru job, 40% on completion of job, 10% after final inspection. Job would take about 1 week of hvac work, 1 week of plumbing work. Could be done at same time by different crews. And then once our portions of the job are done and inspected the last payment is due.

Customer has a leak from underneath the home right around where the kitchen is. Looking through the crawl space noticed a lot of water and the drip is continuous which tells me its a water line. Left estimate for two techs to pump the water out and repair the water line.

Gave estimates on 2 systems one heat pump and 1 gas split system in closet. Need another return and need a new lineset. Quotes donâ€™t include 1250$ off complete system good for... 16346.33 for the gas unit and 20081.33 for the heat pump conversion. Could qualify for smud rebates as well.

Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of toilet leaking. client stated they just had a handyman out last week to replace a part and once he left the toilet was leaking. technician expected and found the bolts that connect the toilet to the tank and the gasket are badly corroded from rust. Technician recommends full replacement of toilet with a minimum necessary task of replacing the tank bolts and gasket. Client inquired about price technician gave ballpark of anywhere from $200 for repair up to $700 for a replacement client stated they were not ready to make that kind of decision today. Client stated they were just going to have the handyman installed a new toilet.
Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of tankless Navien not working. Client Show technician around to side of home where unit was mounted and plugged into a standard exterior GFCI outlet along with the irrigation system. Technician quickly noticed that the GFCI was not lit up. Technician attempted to reset and was not able to, technician could not fix at the fuse box either. Technician ran extension cord from garage outlet to tankless unit and it fired up immediately. technician deemed problem not to be with Navy and tangless unit but to be with the GFCI outlet. Client stated her ex-husband installed the unit and she would have him come out to take a look at the electrical.

Customer wanted possible options to upgrade the bathtub converting it into a tub shower which would require taking down sheet rock putting up a surround three possible options were giving she would like to consider the options and review them with her husband who works for the state and is unavailable during the day she will contact us if she wants any work done
Returned with the parts for the water heater, removed the old pilot assembly. Cleaned the burner and the chamber, installed the new pilot assembly. Turned the gas on and the water heater fired right up with no issues.
Performed annual heating maintenance 16 yr old Trane split downflow system closet. Nest thermostat. System operational at this time. Filter 14-25-1 x2 changed. Tested system safety features ok at this time. Blower capacitor behind panel. Hot surface ignitor ok. 90 percent furnace drain system appears to have been leaking at some point see pictures of rust inside unit. Cleaned burners and flame sensor, tested ignition process. Cleaned exterior of unit. Checked pvc flue pipe. Ran system to verify no issues, none at this time.
Performed annual heating maintenance, 26 yr old split goodman system attic backyard. Filter 20-30-1. Changed filter for client. System operational at this time. Checked system, system has new primary control board. Cycled system on and turns right on. Blower capacitor 12.5. Hot surface ignitor ok. Gas line into system is missing a drip leg. It wasnâ€™t code when system was installed 26 yrs ago. System is working for now. All parts in range. Unit is just getting to the end of its life. And newer units are more efficient. Black flex ducts attic return seems a little tight around rafters. Cleaned off exterior of unit.
Customer has a gas line that runs underground to where they can have a pool heater installed, they want the gas line tested before they buy a pool heater but the water heater is not working at this time and takes precedence at this time. Water heater is 9+ years old and upon diagnosis the heater will not light, recommend new pilot assembly and gas control valve. Customer would like to start with the pilot assembly and platinum membership, Pace is closed until Monday so we will have to order the parts and get back to the customer to install the new part. Will schedule job with dispatch on Monday when I order the parts from Pace.
Performed Heater Maintenance on rooftop package unit. Checked all electrical and is in good condition no burnt or loose connections. Compressor compartment had dirt and leaves in it so I removed the debris. Checked condensate drain to make sure wasnâ€™t clogged. Unit does show signs of age but the mechanical part is fine. Slightly rusty near electrical panel but looks intact. Checked flame sensor and is clean. Blower compartment was very dirt so I wiped down the blower motor and wiring to it. Customer interested in membership in future didnâ€™t want to go with it today.
