Customer has a tankless water heater that he wants to utilized the Recirculation pump inside the unit, returned to install the Recirculation loop. Crawled underneath the home and attached a 3/4 pex line from the tankless to two bathrooms, and one laundry room. Bled the system of air an changed the dip switches and three way valve inside the tankless unit. Turned the unit on and the Recirculation loop is working perfectly, went inside the home and tested the fixtures and they are getting hot water within a couple of seconds.
Returned to perform work that was agreed upon last visit, turned the water off to the faucet. Removed the two parts to the old faucet, installed the new sink hole cover. Installed the new customer supplied faucet, turned the water on with no leaks. The only issue with the install is there is not enough room underneath the kitchen sink for the sprayer weight to move around freely, discussed with the customer and they were ok with the length they get. Removed the old garbage disposal hose, installed a new hose with a 90 degree copper fitting to avoid kinking the line. Ran the dishwasher and it was draining perfectly without shooting out of the air gap.
Returned to install new Navien gas sensor and air sensor, removed the old air sensor and gas sensor. Installed the new air sensor and gas sensor, turned the gas and water on and the unit is working flawlessly. Noticed there were two leaks on onnections underneath the tankless, pulled the caps and ran new teflon tape around the seals. Re-installed the plugs and ran the unit without anymore leaks. Discussed runnng a new Recirculation line back to the unit and branching off to three fixture, two bathrooms and the laundry room. The customer agreed with the work and will schedule with dispatch the week of the 29th with a helper.
Customer has a new faucet in delivery from Amazon and they want an estimate to install the faucet with a sink hole cover as well. Upon diagnosis of the work I noticed the garbage disposal hose is kinked and the customer would like this fixed as well since the air gap dumps out water when the dishwasher runs. Provided the customer with the estimate and we will schedule the job come Monday when dispatch contacts them.

Replace Old duct and re route New duct directly to room to provide better airflow. This includes cutting in new start collar in plenum, capping off old “Y†and sealing around it. Running new duct and tape and seal of duct to ensure all air is going to room and not leaking in attic.Installed brand new R8 6†duct in attic. Cut in new 6†collar onto plenum and sealed collar to plenum to prevent any air from leaking out. Spliced onto existing 6†duct and sealed them together. Put insulation back over ductwork to help keep temperatures. Let duct sealant dry before testing airflow to room. Back room now has good airflow.

Returned to make the water line repairs, used the jackhammer to chip off the asphalt in the way of the leaking water line. Dug around the line to make repairs, installed a slip coupling and coupling. I let the line set for about 20 minutes and turned the water on with no leaks, buried the line and poured concrete where there used to be asphalt. I left the customer know he can turn the water on but to let it set for as long as he can. I also checked the water pressure at the home and its at 90psi which is over the safe level of water line pressure. I sent the estimate to re-work the main with a new ball valve and prv, he denied the work at this time.
Customer has a pool drain that runs out to his driveway and it is clogged, upon inspection I noticed the line uses a thin plastic corrugated line. This line can only be cleared by the chain snakes, a conventional snake would rip this pipe apart and cannot be used. The customer agreed with the work, ran the snake from the driveway to the drain in the side yard. Ran the snake from the side yard to the drain in the driveway, ran through multiple times clearing the line of roots. Ran the drain down hose for 10 minutes with no issues.
