I was really amazed at the pictures of our equipment up in the attic - I’m not crawling up there but it was great to see what was working and what minor work needed to be done. The pictures of the system were really great!
Out to estimate replacement of gas/ electric split system. Replacement of gas/electric split system. Upflow furnace in garage. Scope of work to include: Removal of old equipment per epa. New pad, new whip, new disconnect, new thermostat. Duct testing per title 24. Work will take 1 day to complete. 1 week out for install at this time.

Performed ac diagnostic 25 yr old rooftop Trane package unit. Found unit running just very high refrigerant pressures. Ecobee thermostat operational. Started to clean condenser coils numbers went way down. 66/260 went to 60/190... water coming off coil brown to start. let system run to verify working and Inside house dropped 6 degrees. System working well at this timeSigned up on annual maintenance plan, and performed the ac visit today to help lower the costs.

Changed dual capacitor to test system, system operational. Gave condenser coils a bath with water. After looking at the customers toilet I could find multiple problems customer had all the parts needed for toilet I explain to him what I would need to do in order to make the fix he was enthusiastic about the education I gave him but was not happy with our price wants to talk it over with his wife and may possibly do it himself. He also wanted to talk to his landlord to see if he could be reimbursed for fixing the toilet. I also went to test house water pressure while waiting for a callback from the landlord I found a broken air raider on hose bib and i told him the price and he said only if the landlord wants to reimburse him for the air raider.
Out for estimate to install no whole house fan. No existing fan. High voltage electrical existing in attic. Very well ventilated attic, access in master bedroom closet. Client reviewing other bids, best offer so far was for $1800.
Customer was looking to get an estimate on fixing his sewer mainline from the clean out in the side of the house to the city connection. I ran a camera for the customer and about 45 feet down the line there is blockage and build up. I could see a slight belly in the pipe but due to the water and blockage I could not see the pipe well enough to give a trenchless estimate. After going over this with the customer he has decided we can come back to hydro jet the line. Which will clear the pipeline and we then can run a video camera inspection to make a better educated decision on how to Repair the belly in the sewer line.

This estimate is for adjusting a PRV where I had to dig down fully expose PRV take a look at the pipes make sure everything was in good condition before working on PRV. The house water pressure was at 40 psi after doing the adjustment the house is now between 65 and 75 psi.
Talk to Steve about the options of fixing it we went with the adjustment today readjusting the pressure up to 60 PSI where the house should be the sprinkler system is now functioning properly which it wasnâ€™t before. This work is not warrantee or guaranteed it is just a diagnosis with a quick adjustment to PRV.
Find leak in system where refrigerant is escaping. This includes tear down of unit to access evaporator coil in attic. UV light to search for fluorescent dye in system to trace leak. And adding 1lb of refrigerant to keep system cooling properly.Added refrigerant to system until Sub Cooling levels are correct for unit and coil. Looked inside of coil in attic attached to furnace and did not find a leak and no fluorescent dye. Checked condenser coils and near compressor and found no leaks. Will need to return again when system loses refrigerant and try to find leak at later time.Customer will call if system is not cooling again.
Customer has a Kholer Numi toilet and the display screen has stopped working, upon diagnosis I noticed water coming out from under the toilet. Further diagnosis with Kohler tech support and installing the new screen we determined that the back panel power supply got wet and fried. Customer wants to just purchase a new toilet and will contact us to come out and install the new Kohler Numi toilet.
Performed diagnostic in Lincoln. Unit is a Goodman condenser on back side of house. Unit is running and operating. Checked refrigerant levels after last tech charged system. Refrigerant levels are fine showing 128psi Lowside and 325psi Highside. Went up to attic to look at evaporator coil in furnace and all looks okay.System has incorrect sub cooling and super heat levels. System is low on refrigerant and will need to come back out to do leak search. System is leaking more refrigerant than recommended levels of leakage.
Replaced filter cabinet, new 4â€ merv 11 filter. Will follow up in 1 week to see if conditions improve.
Got to unit running, making extra noise. Hooked up gauges system still holding refrigerant. Compressor looks to be weak. Found disconnect hot to touch, checked electrical all appears tight and ok at this time. Turned system off and cooled off unit with hose. Tried to run system again, system ran like normal for a few seconds then you can hear the bypass opening. Tried to pump down the system at 90 psi compressor bypass opens up, weak compressor.From here a compressor is 7-14 days from factory.Condenser and coil, openings next week.

System is communicating thermostats, can not install ecobee thermostats, need to replace zone control board in attic, as well as install 2 customer supplied thermostatsNoise at outdoor unit appears to be coming from the outdoor fan, it has been changed. Disconnected the fan and ran just the compressor, unit has vibration on start up and shut down, with fan running worse. System is operational at this time. Not sure if universal motor is right size for unit.Airflow challenges to bedroom, need to redo ducts to that area. Removing box and adding wyes with dampers.
Install Iwave air cleaner, and Install merv 11 filter and 2 filters for a years service.Installed iwave tested system, found hat when I put door on the clip broke, so we will come out in a day or 2 to check everything and change door, or if we canâ€™t change door, new filter base.
3 ton split system, 9 supply vent duct replacement r8 silver, 1 return With quite cool whole house fan.
Went over different indoor air quality options, gave three different choices. Air scrubber, merv 11 filter, merv 16 filter with pure air.
Performed ac diagnostic found system operational, checked refrigerant charge found system appears to be low on refrigerant. System holds r22 refrigerant. Dual capacitor 55-5 ok for now. Contactor pitted starting to burn, keep an eye on it.While system was running compressor stopped, over heated. Cooled compressor off with garden hose. Then Charged system with 1 lb of r22 refrigerant, after that tested system. Let system run and watched refrigerant pressures much better.Signed up on Annual service membership which is good for 1 yr, includes ac tune up, furnace tune up, and plumbing inspection. As well as a 10% discount. And priority service.

Customer has a shower head and sprayer combo that they want removed and new shower head installed in its place. The customer also has a hose bibb in the backyard right side of the home that has had the threads damaged and leaks. Removed the shower head sprayer combo and installed a new Delta high pressure shower head, turned the water on and the shower head works perfectly. Turned the water off to the home, removed the old damaged hose bibb. Installed a new 3/4 FIP hose bibb, turned the water on with no leaks and the hose bibb works perfectly.
