Besides being pushy about getting paid right after installation the same day was not sitting well with me. After installation it needed to be fine tuned. I left messages afterwards about the situation with Mike, he told me that he would get right on the issue on hand. Did not hear from anyone for at least a month or more and by this time I’m upset about the way they were taking care of me. So I called again, and this time they sent Scott over right away. Scott is the man, he took care of everything that needed to get done right away with no hesitation what so ever and was very upfront with me and one hell of a nice guy. I wasn’t too happy with the company and I would not recommend them until I met Scott. He made things right and put a smile back on my face. He knows what he needs to do and gets it done while answering any questions that I had for him, explains things very clearly to me. Scott is the one that made me change my mind about recommending this company to anyone. Thanks Scott for making me believe in you and the company you stand for, I couldn’t be any happier and Satisfied with the work now. Scott should be head of customer service at all times! He is the one that could bring the company above the rest! Anytime I need service I always ask too send Scott out now and no one else. Thank you! CJ 😎

Customer has a 100 gallon commercial water heater that stopped working, upon diagnosis i found water pouring of near the t&p line. Further diagnosis revealed its not the t7p connection but water saturating the insulation and dumping out near the t&p which tells me the water heater tank has cracked and needs to be replaced. I emailed the manager the price for the work that needs to be completed and she is getting approval higher up the chain so that we can start the work, and order parts which will take two days. Work entails two techs all day.
After going over a few options with the customer they would like some time to think about it and get more estimates I educated them on different possibilities of why the water heater went out I could see there was a code issue with no safety tank on heater let the customer know if we were to do work on heater we would add expansion tank to bring it up to code, if that’s what they want. Customer said he would like to get a few more estimates but seems to be happy with the knowledge I gave him.
Performed ac diagnostic, 19 yr old American standard split system closet, side yard. found system frozen. Lineset frozen. Unit leaking water in closet. Appears to be clogged drain line. Unit leaking water down inside unit, filter wet at bottom. Outside lines frozen. Can’t hook up gauges, need system to thaw before we can do anything. Turned off ac and running just fan to try and thaw the frozen lines and coil. Lines thawed enough to get gauges on refrigerant pressures low, slowly climbing as unit thaws. Not draining out drain line, bubbling out of bottom of coil. Tried to clear drain line. Water in closet, might damage unit or closet. Put towel down infront of unit to soak up water.Need to decide what you want to do? Might also need new drain line if we can’t get it cleared. Might if the refrigerant is low, it went somewhere. It should leak. So it will happen again.Clients emailed, pictures and invoice as well as estimates. Need to look into financing option for low total.

Performed inspection for client of remaining chiller coil and plenums under house. Siding would have to come off of mobile house, and then we would still need to cut the coil and plenum out piece by piece. It is not connected to anything, and is just sitting under home. Recommend leaving it where it is. And not doing anything. It isn’t going to effect anything being there.

Customer has had multiple issues with the main sewer line to her home and is wanting to get the line replaced to avoid anymore sewer backups. The line is approximately 40 feet long from the cleanout to the city tap, ran camera down the line to give possible options. Upon inspection I noticed that there were belly’s and offsets on each connection which tells me trenchless is not an option. Provided the customer with a trench option to run the line to the right of the tree, emailed the estimate to her and she will contact us when she is ready to get the new line installed.
This issue was for a clean out next too the work Jeremy did. Not a problem we installed but something I could easily fix. After taking a look at the clean out I could tell that a very slight bit of moisture can seep out of the screw hole. So to fix the issue I just found the right size screw plug for the hole in the clean out. Now they should not have to worry about anymore leakage. Today is Friday so they are going to leave their icemaker machine plugged in over the weekend and if they come back and everything is still dry they will know we are good to go. If they come back on Monday and there’s moisture they will call us back out to potentially open up the wall where Jeremy had done work. In my professional opinion I do not see moisture where the pipes are in the wall and I do not hear anything dripping on the ground so I think the only issue was the missing screw in the clean out plug.
