New 50 gallon Bradford white water heater. In the summary we would be removing the old 50 gallon tank that is 28 years old and replacing it with a brand new 50 gallon low Knox Bradford white. In order to do this job we would need to drain the old tank completely disconnect both water supply lines as well as disconnecting the gas flex line. When we install the new Bradford white there will be new supply lines along with a new gas flex line to ensure the safety of the unit. After doing the install the customer was very satisfied I ran a system check for any leaks everything is functioning properly how it should be. And customer knows he can pull the permit himself whenever he desires.
