Customer has a clogged kitchen drain, upon diagnosis noticed the clog was in between the p-trap inside and the cleanout outside. When pulling the p-trap off noticed it was leaking and the ABS nut was snapped, replaced the ABS sewer underneath the kitchen. Drain was being difficult and so i used the camera and showed the customer, the drain is caked with sludge and grease. Customer will call us back out to hydro-Jett the line when he gets back from going out of town this weekend. Filled both sinks and drained them and they were working perfectly, still recommend the hydr-Jett because snakes do not clean the pipe.
Customer has a kitchen sink in an island and wants the plumbing moved to the right side wall, no sheet rock repairs, no flooring repairs, we will pour new concrete if jack hammering is needed. Job can be up to 3 days with a helper, all depends on what we find on the right side wall which has a bathroom on the other side. We will tie into the venting or run a new vent if needed but we will not do roofing repairs if a new vent is needed. New abs sewer coming out of the wall properly vented and water lines stubbed out of the wall, permit pulled and job to be inspected.
Close out completed portion of job. Rest of job is scheduled for 11/4/19

Customer wants her log lighter gas trove to have the gas capped off, and the log holder bar to be removed from the appliance. Presented estimate and the customer would like to schedule for Friday, will contact dispatch on Monday to schedule job.
Customer not here all contact was through the phone, she wants ice maker line capped, shower cartridge installed, new ball valve at main water line, and shower drain secured down. Secured the drain with two screws, installed a new 1 inch ball valve at the main water shut off, installed a new shower cartridge. Turned the water on with no leaks, and everything is secure and working perfectly.
Could not find location, called customer three times and left two messages with no response.
Duct test past adjusted refrigerant charge added refrigerant to meet manufactures charging specifications. ready for city inspection
Proceeded to cut open concrete and determine issue with kitchen sewer line, upon exposing the pipe noticed the pipe was deteriorating and had collapsed. Cleared enough for a snake to get in the line but went 30 feet and would go no further. I have determined that the kitchen line to the main is bad and needs to be replaced. Left two estimates with the customer to do partial repipe of sewer or get it all done. Customer will contact us when they decide what they want to do.
Found a small pinhole leak in the solder joint located at the tee for the hose bib. repaired the leak and tested for additional leaks. re-taped pipe and made sure water is back in the on position
Customer is going to get other estimate
Returned with smaller snake, tried to get the camera down the line but it’s still full of water. Provided an open ended estimate in case work gets more extensive, emailed to Anita and waiting for approval.
Tenant has slow draining hall bathroom tub, and clogged kitchen sink with exterior cleanout. Upon snaking the kitchen line the snake would not go down, felt like a break in the pipe and there was dirt in the line. Snaked the hall bathroom and cleared a bunch of hair out of the line, filled the tub and drained with vortex. Schedule with dispatch in the morning to get Sean out here with a smaller camera or borrow it and camera myself.

Customer has one or three angle-stops he wants installed after he had a hard time installing the ones he already has done. The angle-stops were leaking but since have stopped and he is hoping they stay that way, we did no work and advised that he have a professional install then for fear of water damage. Customer will give the estimates to his brother to approve.
