I recommend them highly. I had a obstruction causing sewage to back up into my tub and shower. the toilets weren't flushing. that's what you call an emergency. when I called them, they re-arranged and sent someone immediately. He was awesome- knowledgeable, helpful, explained how it worked. He determined the problem and fixed it immediately, and gave me action items to follow to reduce the probability that this could/would happen again. This is how it's supposed to work.

Ali came out to service our AC unit and I was very pleased with his work. He was polite, knowledgeable, and I really appreciated that he wore shoe covers in our house! He gave us some great tips on how to care for our unit and keep it clean and running smoothly. I received a call ahead of time letting me know that he was on his way to our house. Great service! I've used Crystal Blue now on multiple occasions. I initially found them when I had an emergency situation on a holiday weekend. They were the only company that would respond timely without charging me an arm and a leg. Their techs are prompt, knowledgeable, fast, and professional.
