Two man crew 250 an hr to diagnose system. Hooked up rest of what appeared to be the correct wires, changed wiring outside. And then started working on getting the furnace running. Cut flue pipe in attic and found more acorns, as well as a satalite dish inside it. See pictures. Found inducer wasn’t installed correctly missing correct baffle, installed correct baffle. Re wired pressure switches after testing them to see which one goes where. Verified zone board set up correctly.

Check the heater and make sure the inducer was working fine check the gas valve I checked igniter it’s good and make sure the cap was working fine I went inside and checked the filter the homeowner provided The only thing that I found oil stain by the evaporator coil it could be a small leak in the coil we need to check to verify I’ll let the homeowner know and I check the amperage on the blower motor is good

Discussed installation options with customer Customer wants work done around beginning of Jan.
Customer has a sewer smell coming from under neath his kitchen sink, they explained it gets back during hot dry days. They also noticed it more when it is raining as well, the kitchen is a looped vent system on an island. The customer wants to check his venting out himself and call us back if the problem doesn’t get fixed from the venting. I recommend running a sewer camera into the drain, i believe there is a break in the ABS sewer line and the gases are escaping through the concrete.
Customer has a pressure assist toilet that is leaking from the base of the toilet when it is flushed, presented the estimate and the customer agreed with the work. Removed the toilet and cleaned underneath the toilet and noticed a couple of roots as you can see in the photos. Reseated the toilet with a new wax ring and plastic shims, silicone around the bottom of the toilet. Tank to bowl was loose so i tightened that down and the seat was loose as well so I tightened that down too. Flushed the toilet multiple times with no leaks and even tried moving the toilet but its solid. Customer will be billed with an invoice.
Went thru 7 yr split dual fuel system and found it’s a wiring issue, client had manually changed wires outside at control board in heat pump, gave one code, then when he changed them back to where they are suppose to be system throwing different code,To diagnose system correctly will be an extra cost, having to trace thru system to see why it’s not wired correctly, or why it’s throwing a wiring fault error code.Error code went from high pressure switch lockout to wiring fault. Removed low voltage power from board, to reset everything, because nothing else was working. Control board went to normal operation no call for compressorWent inside and tried turning on the heater nothing, nothing is happening outside, the system is not turning on, went into the attic.Found acorns in dual fuel furnace. Found w not hocked up in furnace, hooked them up and now fueled furnace is trying to run. But tripping another code, stuck pressure switch, 2 red flashes, system is in really bad

Customer is tying into existing storm drain system around garage. A French drain is being added to prevent storm water from getting into garage. Customer wants storm drains cleared to get better flow.Returned on Monday 2 December 2019 to run storm drains around garage area as maintenance per customer request. Ran 3 lines on right side of garage and three on left side of garage. All garage area storm drains discharge about 10 feet to the left of phone pole on property (now marked). Existing drains are corrugated and not perforated, and a junction box should be added to end of line at pole with continued line further down stream. End of line has been bent upward not allowing for free water flow which will cause drains to not operate as intended.

Snaked through the cleanout with the entire line and did not clear anything, recommend hydr-jetted.
