Talked to customer found that unit number three is the unit not working. perform diagnostic found thermal expansion valve/TXV not metering refrigerant properly. restricted needs new thermal expansion valve/TXV for unit to operate and cool properly. Talked to previous tech found system was charged with about 2 pounds of our 410a refrigerant which indicates system has leak somewhereâ€˜s perform leak search found evap coil leaking talked to customer do not recommend TXv due to coil having a leak recommend coil replacement.
Out to estimate replacement of 4 ton gas/electric split system change out. Gave 4 different estimates, 1 for equipment change out only, 1 for equipment and flexible duct, 1 for equipment and hard pipe, 1 for reworking of duct work for master bedroom. Scope of work to include: Removal of old equipment per epa. New pad, new whip, new disconnect, new thermostat new plenums. Add second return per senior tech and homeownerâ€™s discretion. Duct testing per title 24. Approximate 1890 square foot home. Thank you!
Performed annual ac maintenance, Rooftop gas package unit. system operational. Age unknown. System is older. Cycled unit thru thermostat, system is running. Cleaned condenser coils. Auger toilet And I had a clear identification of a hard clog had to wrestle with the auger for quite a few minutes but after putting in some strong work I was able to break clogged with just the auger. Toilet is flushing good now customers happy and satisfied
Cable snake existing toilet by hand Attempt to push portions of plastic flapper down drain line Caution this may create drain stoppage in the future No #WarrantyReturned with one flapper and the other is still shipping, installed the new flapper in the hall bathroom. Turned the water on and flushed the toilet multiple times with no issues. Flapper left to install should be here by next Monday or Tuesday and then we can schedule to finish the job.
Found Trane condenser on back side of house. Unit engages when thermostat is turned on. The compressor turns on but condensing fan does not spin. Inspected all electrical and is okay. Checked condition of contactor and is okay and working properly. Checked dual capacitor which controls the fan and is bad. Showing a varying reading on fan side of capacitor and a steady 43.8uf on compressor side which is why compressor engages and fan does not. Will need to replace capacitor to get unit running again.Replace bad capacitor inside of unit with brand new one. This includes removing wiring to old capacitor and re wiring up the new one correctly for unit.
Performed ac diagnostic found system off, turned system on, making loud noise and not turning on. Fan not running. Tested dual capacitor bad. Replacement of dual capacitor on package unit. Tested system, system running at this time
This includes testing and charging system with r22 refrigerant. Will increase charge of refrigerant to units specific measurements.Added R22 refrigerant to system. Used 1lb 1oz of refrigerant. Pressures of system are showing 66psi low side and 180psi Highside and are now in range. Vent temperatures are 58-60 degrees. Informed homeowner if unit feels like itâ€™s not cooling as well in the future to give us a call to charge system and insert fluorescent dye into system to find where refrigerant leak is.

Checked refrigerant levels and are okay showing 68psi Lowside and 212psi Highside. Checked capacitor and is in range and okay. Looks like something exploded inside of unit at one point in time and has black grease inside electrical compartment. All electrical connections and wires are okay no damaged wires or signs of shortage in unit. Went up into attic and discovered that return duct was torn near plenum and is sucking in the hot attic air instead of air from inside house. Repair section of torn return ductwork in attic. This includes properly sealing and securing new connection so that it does not fall off again. I will clean up all trash and workspace once job has been completed and unit is cooling properly.Return duct has been repaired. Vent temperatures have dropped from 89 degrees to 74 degrees. Tested refrigerant levels after repair to find that system is low on refrigerant as well. Will need to charge with R22 refrigerant to proper levels for unit to cool efficiently.
Customer has purchase a Generac generator and wants the gas line installed for the new unit, upon diagnosis determined the pipe size will be 1 1/2 inches. Rigid pipe will be installed where the pipe is exposed and poly ran underneath the home in a loop to supply the appropriate gas volume needed for the generator. The permit will be up to the customer to pull and have inspected, job will take two techs one day to install, customer will contact us when they decide to get the work done.
Performed ac diagnostic split 21 yr old Goodman system. Ac backyard. Tested system found unit not turning on outside. Found dual capacitor 80-5 bubbled. And hard start kit failed. Replaced dual capacitor and hard start kit. And reset breaker at panel. System fired right up. Let system run for 10 min no problems at this time.Due to age of system canâ€™t gaurentee it last much longer, but running ok for now. technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of the hose bib leaking on building. technician met with client who showed technician around to left side of building where water main is located. technician found the pipes to be wrapped up in old bath towels and duct tape. technician immediately noticed the hose bib dripping but wanted to inspect surrounding plumbing. client agreed to cut away the makeshift insulation. technician found pipe exiting concrete slab to be 1 1/2-in copper line which tees off to a 3/4-in PVC irrigation line with a dedicated gate valve. water main also has a 2-in gate valve that cuts off water to everything. there is a T at the top where the hose bib exits. this proposal is to replace hose bib at water main. technician will shut off water to building and drain down. technician will uninstall existing hose bib. technician will install new brass body threaded hose bib with vacuum breaker, per code. technician will test to ensure no leaks. technician w
Performed A/C tune-up. Cleaned coils, checked electrical connections, all tight at this time, washable filter was very clean, unit draining correctly, checked refrigerant level, correct at this time. Renewed Platinum membership. Resigning membership
Customer has a slab leak, called On The Spot to schedule the job and awaiting his phone call. Leak detection scheduled for Monday between 12 and 2 pm.
Remove old angle-stop with flex line, install the new angle-stop and flex line, test for any further issues
Customer has two whole house sediment filters on his well water system, one of the copper 90â€™s has sprung a pin hole leak around the side of the fitting. Provided the customer with a couple of estimates and he agreed with using the thicker pro-press fittings. Removed the leaking copper fittings and pipe, ran new pro-press fittings and repair the copper water line. Turned the water on with no leaks and bled the system through the filter before turning the water on to the whole home.

Moving duct to other side of wall. This includes removing excess old hard pipe ducting. Re routing existing hard pipe to other side of entry way. Tape and seal connections on ductwork and re insulate ductwork to provide better heating/cooling.
this proposal is to install a new pressure regulating valve. technician will shut off water to home to accommodate new install. technician will cut existing gate valve out. technician will reconfigure 3/4-in water main with new 3/4-in ball valve for whole home shut off as well as a new 3/4-in PRV for pressure regulation.technician arrived on scene to perform install of new PRV. technician had difficulty locating the meter due to The layout of the cul-de-sac the client lives in. technician was able to successfully locate the meter and shut off the water. technician had a sink opened in the upstairs bathroom and cut the hose bib by the front door. technician then fabricated the main line to accommodate a new 3/4 inch ball valve and 3/4 inch watts PRV. technician soldered everything in place and set PRV to 75 psi. technician tested to ensure no leaks and bled air out of system. technician clean work area of all trash and debris and displayed work to tenants as well as son-in-law of clie
technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of mainline blockage. technician learned that client had an issue with the mainline blockage about 3 years ago that caused a major sewage leak underneath home. crystal blue technicians were out then in order to treat sewage under home as well as install a two-way clean out on client's property. clients master bathroom is the last bathroom before the sewer exits the home. technician is seeing a large amount of leakage at base of toilet. technician will supply proposals for repairs. this proposal is to replace the wax ring and clients master bathroom. technician will shut off water and uninstall existing toilet. technician will clean and remove existing wax ring from flange and install new one. technician will also install new hardware and reset toilet. technician will seal around base. technician will clean work area of all trash and debris. this proposal is to attempt to clear client drain with mainline drain machine. technicia
