Here at our Roseville location we had a toilet that was repaired by crystal blue plumbing. We recently had a problem with the toilet which they came out and repaired it very quick which helped I was tremendously.
Technician Taylor arrived on site to investigate reports of garbage disposal not working. Technician investigated and found garbage disposal to be a one-third horsepower badger. Technician noted that client had air switch to control the unit. Client had discovered the hose to the air switch had been disconnected. Technician reconnected air switch and tested. Technician found no issues with unit. Technician offered to inspect other areas of home for any concerns. Clients stated it wasn't necessary. Technician collected signatures and pulled off

Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of water heater showing error code. Technician found client had unplugged water heater and plugged in outlet splitter to supply power to another accessory. Once you turned everything back on the error code e438 showed up. Afterwards she reset the unit and the code had since gone away. technician got on the phone with Nathan tankless support and registered clients unit. Technician drain down filter and tested valve. Technician reset unit and no error codes were showing. Technician cleaned work area and pulled off
Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of kitchen sink backing up. Client attempted to clear himself but only pushed the blockage further so it now affects the laundry as well. Technician recommends accessing line through garage Santee and inspect with camera to figure out conditions of pipe. Technician remove nipple from Santee and inserted camera. Technician almost immediately runs into a fitting that the camera cannot pass. Technician will be unable to perform tasks from this location. Technician recommends to client that they access through clean out under kitchen sink using flex shaft machine. Client accepted job task. Technician access clean out underneath kitchen sink with secondary line flex shaft. Technician use 2 chain whip on end of flex shaft cable. Technician inserted flex shaft and begin cleaning the pipe and removing blockages. Technician continued to alternate between camera and flex shaft. Technician was finally able to push flex shaft to max extens
Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of sump pump having issues. Technician was brought to backyard where client has a sump pump dug in to protect the electronics on her swim spa. Technician attempted to perform basic diagnostic tests. Technician was unable to diagnose what problem was. Technician recommended performing a full pull and diagnostic test. Technician admitted to not having a ton of experience with the client's system. Client requested we send out a technician with more sump pump experience. Technician accepted. Client requested a proposal by email to have someone come out.
Performed annual heating and cooling maintenance, per membership. Furnace is a Lennox signature series. SL280. 2 stage heat. Variable speed blower motor. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Inducer capacitor ok. Gas pressure ok for now. Unit looks good. System has a emergency float switch. Warmed house to over 70 degrees to test ac. Duct work silver flex sealed good shape. 2 returns. Cleaned up platform of insulation, also moved insulation back from hatch to try and stop it from falling down. Let system run thru cycles in heat, running ok at this time. Dual capacitor starting to rust, 70-10@70-9, just in range. Compressor start amps 120, first time turned on this year. Refrigerant pressure are low but can determine if they are low or if it is just cold. Itâ€™s 50 degrees outside inside cooling ok at this time. Took picture of pressures.
We will turn water off at the urinal and remove flush valve assembly and replace the spud and gasket. We will turn water back on to urinal and ensure proper operation.We will snake the bathroom sink through the p-trap to attempt to clear blockage.We will install a new single hand pull down faucet in at the shop sink. If the angle stops do not turn off all the way then the angle stops would need to be changed at an additional charge. All items installed and workspace cleaned up. Tested after clearing blockage for five minutes to assure blockage was gone. No leaks at the sink with normal pressure and urinal flushing as it should with no leaks. Uploaded pictures. Collected payment via check and emailed customer the invoice.
Customer removed shower cartridge and trim and needs it to be re-installed. Upon re-installation I noticed the ring holding the clip which holds the cartridge in is missing some of itself. Purchased new parts and returned and installed the cartridge. Turned the water on with no leaks, set screw does not tighten into the handle and customer will get a new screw.
Customer has a leak coming from underneath there sink, upon diagnosis the sink has dropped from the granite. Further diagnosis revealed that they have a screw for the bracket missing, purchased new screws and installed the new one. Secured all the screws for the bracket and ran water on the sides of the sink with no leaks, also left the customer spare screws just in case they lose another one.
Technician Taylor arrives on scene to house he had installed a kitchen faucet at the day prior. Technician found kitchen sink trim plate not lining up with sink. Technician performed minor adjustment in tightened faucet down.
Technician Taylor arrived on scene and found client wanting a faucet they had purchased installed at the kitchen sink. Technician quoted client 288 for service. Client stated she's approved only for $275. Technician will adjust cost. Technician was able to remove existing faucet disposal properly. Technician installed new Moen Brooklyn style faucet. Technician hooked up hot and cold and tested. Technician cleaned work area of all trash and debris. Technician collected signatures and payment.
Customer said the toilet overflowed and they shut the toilet down. When i arrived the toilet seems to be flushing how it is supposed to be, Customer will think about a pressure assist and contact us if they want to go that route. I believe that its just getting clogged from abnormal usage.
Customer has a commercial sprayer that is not working and a sink that is leaking underneath. Installed new chrome p-trap and sink strainer, installed a new head for the sprayer. Turned the water on and both do not leak, and the sprayer sprays.
Performed diagnostic Roseville, Found supply register at front door had fallen down. ReInstalled the supply register that had fallen down. Also sealed the register with tape.
Technician Taylor arrived on site to investigate report of gas line disconnected from water heater we just installed. Technician found water heater to have the gas flex line disconnected from it. Client stated upon inspection inspector noticed that the gas line was not tight and leaking gas. Inspector disconnected line and turned off gas. Technician reconnected line and tested with mega bubble. Technician turned on gas and ignited pilot light. technician cleaned work area of trash and debris and pulled off.
Disposer and side sink both clogged. Need to open trap and clear line. If that doesnâ€™t work Iâ€™ll have to open up the disposer and do diagnosis and possible repair. There was a slight clog in disposer after unclogging water drained for a minute and then started to back up again so I open the clean out and snaked out the branch line as well as cleaning out the garbage disposal and the p trap assembly line below sink.
Found compressor for new unit not starting. Installed start assist for compressor. Compressor now running creating cooling capability. No charge to customer due to it being new unit we just installed
Customer has a leak at his water man feeding into the home, discussed the work and the maintenance plan. The customer chose to get the repair down with the maintenance plan as well, turned the water off to the home. Upon taking the leaking pipe out of th ball valve I noticed there was no solder in the joints, cleaned the ball valve and the fittings. Soldered the copper connection and re-installed the prv valve, turned the water on with no leaks.
Performed Annual Heating and A.C tune up as per platinum Heating and cooling membership. Renewed customer on membership, this will use the Heating and Cooling Maintenance on membership. That leaves just plumbing inspection and Tankless water heater flush for remainder of membership (Feb 24, 2021). Checked all electrical and is okay. Checked flame sensor and is clean. Checked igniter and is in range. Unit is about 8 years old.Performed annual A.C maintenance. Unit is outside on back of house. Unit is a Goodman condenser. All new filter, 2 UV light and anti static pre screenWill need to schedule to come back out after parts from Lennox have been ordered. Customer will like us to come out after 12 pm any day but would like to schedule soon.
Performed annual heating maintenance Roseville split York system attic. York diamond 80. Tested system operational at this time. Cleaned filter grill. Filter 20-25-1 disposable. Adjusted return position to help remove kink in flex duct. Black flex ducts attic. Ducts branch off from fiberboard mixing boxes. Blower capacitor ok for now 7.5. Unit is getting older, but working for now. Hot surface ignitor ok for now. Checked system safety features working at this time. Found broken faceplate in attic at furnace plug. Cleaned off unit and service platform. Unit is sitting on stacked 2by4â€™s and bricks with pads.
Upon arrival customer has a dirty sink side that has a slow drain on the right side. I removed the waste on the right side and cleared debris. The drain is now draining as it should. Also in the womanâ€™s restroom the wide spread faucet has low pressure. The rest of the bathroom the pressure is how it should be. I will email quote to dhogan once I hear back from Ferguson on finding that faucet and the cost of installation. Collected payment and uploaded pictures.
Customer has a 18+ year old water heater that has shut itself off and needs to be re-lit, upon diagnosis i got the heater to turn on but it kept shutting itself down. Discussed options to repair or replace and the customer agreed with just replacing the unit. Turned the water off and installed a new 3/4 ball valve on the cold water inlet, removed the old water heater. Installed a 50 gallon low nox Bradford White water heater, brought the water heater up to code with drip pan, expansion tank, dirt leg, straps, connected t&p, and new water flex lines. Turned the water on with no leaks, turned the gas on and started the water heater right up and its working perfectly. Customer also had a leaking lavatory faucet, removed the hot and cold cartridges in the master bathroom left side faucet. Installed two new cartridges, turned the water on with no leaks and the faucet is working perfectly.
Performed annual heating maintenance new split American standard system attic. Black flex ducts attic sealed. Filters 20-30-1, 14-14-1. Nest thermostat. Variable speed blower motor. Checked burners and flame sensor ok. Checked system safety features ok. Changed filter. Checked electrical connections all wiring tight, and ok at this time.Might want to look into washable filters so we donâ€™t have to buy filters ever again.
Customer has a water heater that he wants to have a drip pan added to, left two estimates for the customer. One to run the drain line to the floor of the garage, and the other to run the line exiting the home. We are not responsible for any issues with the water heater working after we have re-installed it, added fees if we have to repair the water heater. Customer will contact us when he decides to get the work done.
Customer has a neighbor who has a main sewer line that runs through there property, the neighbor is blaming them for his clogged sewer line. Provided the customer with pricing fro running a camera down the sewer line for inspection and she denied the work.
