Roseville, CA Walmart auto care center motor oil lift station pump is bad and needs to be replaced. Existing system is not up to California code. New code requires all lift stations that handle flammable liquids or oils to have an “oil-tector systemâ€. Liberty pumps makes the system but takes 3 days to build parts, then 5-7 business days for delivery. Quote is flat rate parts and labor.
Tried repairing system, that did not work... low on refrigerant again. Working for now but will freeze up again and loose airflow again.Changed filters 2 x 14-25-1 Still did not help with airflow. System still freezing up.Recommend replacement of unit 1. When can we get ken to meet and go over options?
The homeowner had originally approve the toilet seat and toilet, she was looking at the toilet seat and feels it may be hard to clean the back of it where the seat mounts to the bowl, because of this she is thinking about purchasing a different toilet seat and wanted to make sure that that would be OK, I am formed her any elongated toilet seat would fit on there no problem.

Found a old Heat-pump air handler 20+ years old in attic In Roseville.. Totally unserviceable. Found mixed match Goodman condenser outside not installed to code. Recommended 2.5 Ton American Standard Heat Pump air handler and condenser with all new R-8 ductwork.. Ductwork will be sealed to 5% leakage per code. System will be brought up to code with all new electrical, insulation of line set, new thermostat. Title 24 duct tested and permitted.
Performed diagnostic Roseville. Found system operational. R22 refrigerant, heat pump, split system air handler in attic. Found system in bad shape. Ducts are original... grey flex ducts falling apart, losing outer barriers. Some sections just inner tubes they have lost all the insulation as well. Plenum has holes big enough to put your hand in. This is preventing system from working correctly. 10 supplies 1 return. Refrigerant lines un insulated in attic and outside at heat pump. Low voltage whip to heat pump not attached correctly to unit.Recommend replacing system and duct work, for best results. Found system running, refrigerant pressures ok. System is loosing air in attic, And ducts are uninsulated in attic. Holes where duct connects in attic big enough to put my hand in.Po50-314
