Our technician, Brandon Bury, was the best.
Barry - Roseville, CA
Our technician, Brandon Bury, was the best. He was personable, he was efficient, he was considerate to cover his feet when he came in to the house, and he really knew what he was doing. I hope we don't have another plumbing issue but if we do I would sure hope Brandon would do the repair. I do think the pricing by Crystal Blue Plumbing is high. Otherwise, I would give five stars for overall experience.

Checked front hose Bibb and back hose Bibb both psi at 95. Determined that during sidespray install water got under the toilet and when flushed water pushes air up around repair flange pushing the settled clean water out from under the toilet. Customer stated that pvc repair done yesterday was leaking again. Upon arrival found pvc pipe leaking at coupling that was part of repair, glue joint separated. Cut out pvc repair parts and replaced with pvc threaded 90, male adaptor, and union coupling. Waited appropriate time to pressure test for leaks. (15 minutes for good handling strength as stated by manufacturer of primer/glue prudduct) No leaks at this time. Performed buyers inspection on a split system. When I arrived there was no power to the tstats. That was from a transformer not being plugged in all the way. Once plugged in ac turned on. Then tested system for heat. Nothing. Finally got system to turn on and run inducer making noise. Inducer is making contact inside casing. Adjusted inducer as best I could to stop noise system ran for awhile then tripped on limit. Need to change filters for best airflow 20-36-1, 14-14-1. Unit could be tripping on high limit(over heating) for a variety of reasons. One it’s 110 in the attic. Two gas pressures need to be adjusted. The filters are dirty. Or the fact that they had a filter in the smart vent, and the smart vent filter wasn’t letting air by because that filter was very dirty. Removed that filter and tested system, still takes a long time to turn on. System has black flex ducts good shape. Also system is 2 zones using a 4 zone butler zone board. For easier use recommend switching to Honey
